In the 15+ years spent driving creative content in production and business, Ms. Pierson has had the opportunity to work alongside such industry heavyweights as Joan Rivers, Reese Witherspoon, Quincy Jones, Deepak Chopra, Gwen Stefani, Sports Illustrated and Seth Green. While she considers this a great honor, she knows that it was a very hard-earned one. Her commitment to excellence coupled with solid expertise have allowed her to help studios grow while keeping everything on time, on budget and running smoothly as it should.

By displaying dynamic negotiation skills, trusted accountability with finances and utmost professionalism with confidentiality as well as meticulous planning and management across everything from music videos to feature films, she has earned the trust of leaders in the industry and perfected her skills as a Senior Producer.

Ms. Pierson’s latest film “Best Man Wins” was featured in Tribeca Film Festival 2015, Seattle International Film Festival 2015, Raindance Film Festival 2015 and the Cleveland Film Festival 2015. Through her dedicated contributions to their success, she has also helped propel 5 projects into Cannes, Slamfest, and Sundance.

Ms. Pierson has held the role of Executive Producer, Head of Production and Production Manager on over 100 projects of varying scopes. But her most recent projects have been in the extremely progressive industry of Virtual Reality. During her time as a producer, she has collaborated on many commercials, music videos and TV pilots as well as independent and feature films, but alongside her filmmaking, Ms. Pierson became fascinated with the world of Virtual Reality and its post process.

Fascination quickly turned into solid experience and know how, as Ms. Pierson immersed herself in the industry, and in a very short time became an established voice in it. As a successful producer with hands-on experience producing 2D/3D and VR content, she has been called upon to speak on many different tech panels that recognize her as a thought leader in the Virtual Reality space. Ms. Pierson is now using the most rare of combinations by merging traditional live action production with Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality development.

Throughout her career, Ms. Pierson has mastered many skills that have allowed her to achieve this success, but it is her integrity and accountability that her clients value most.
